Ghadeer Garcia

Ghadeer Garcia is the Co-Founder of Ally Lab and idealect Partner who focuses on human-centered design, inclusion, and community building by developing strategies, collaboration, leading conversations and workshops about allyship, equity, and humanizing work and interactions.

Ghadeer strongly believes in building relationships to affect meaningful change that asks self and others how to consciously be our best. Ghadeer has been a DEIB (diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging) leader and consultant for the past five years, working primarily in nonprofit and private industry.

Currently, Ghadeer is in collaboration with a number of companies, including serving as consultant to the BrandLab, whose mission is changing the face and voice of the marketing industry by creating more diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplaces.

Ghadeer holds several certifications in communication skills and leadership, is the graduate of both the AHEAD Leadership Program for women and the KCT Program for experienced leaders. She also spends a significant amount of time volunteering within her communities. Ghadeer holds a Bachelor's degree in English Language & Literature from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.

When she is not collaborating for social change, Ghadeer can be found spending time with her wonderful family and friends, trying new experiences, and hosting fun, themed get-togethers.
