I've been an Executive Director. I've sat on four nonprofit boards simultaneously while running a consulting practice. I know what it costs to lead without being tended to.

Wela was built from that knowledge — and from what I've learned at the intersection of organizational culture, behavioral change, and functional medicine. My work is not motivational. It's diagnostic, relational, and grounded in how the body actually responds to sustained leadership pressure.

I hold certification through the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy (FMCA) in partnership with the Institute for Functional Medicine, alongside 15 years of executive coaching, curriculum design, and organizational consulting across nonprofit, corporate, and civic sectors.
